London, UK – 9th April 2025  – Gaia, the UK’s leading AI-powered social and search recruitment platform, has been recognised across two major industry awards for its innovative approach to hiring.

One shortlist comes from the targetjobs UK Awards 2025, where Gaia is a finalist in the National Graduate Recruitment Campaign category for its work with Novuna. The campaign filled all 12 graduate roles, saved £2,600 through in-house production, and boosted brand appeal among early careers talent. It used mobile-first video content and a phased rollout across social platforms to connect with graduates on the platforms they use most, with content that felt relevant and authentic.

At the 2025 In-House Recruitment Supplier Awards, Gaia has also been named a finalist in four categories: Leader, Innovation, Use of AI, and Recruitment Marketing Solution. Recognition in the Leader category is a particular honour, spotlighting the vision of Co-Founders Ben Keighley and Gareth Thyer-Jones and their commitment to transforming the hiring experience.

These shortlists reflect Gaia’s ongoing impact in recruitment, helping employers attract and convert top talent through data-driven targeting, creative content strategy, and intelligent automation.

“It’s great to see our approach recognised across such a broad set of categories,” said Gareth Thyer-Jones, Co-Founder of Gaia. “These nominations are a real credit to the team behind it, their focus, creativity and belief in doing things differently.”

Ben Keighley, Co-Founder, added: “We’ve spent years building a platform that applies AI in a practical, thoughtful way to make hiring more targeted, efficient and inclusive, and it’s exciting to see that vision gaining industry recognition.”

With continued momentum and a growing track record, Gaia remains focused on helping employers build smarter, more inclusive hiring strategies.
