Lord Chris Holmes is a distinguished member of the House of Lords, serving as the Channel 4 Deputy Chair and a Diversity Advisor to the Cabinet Office. Matthew is an experienced financial executive with deep expertise in strategic finance leadership. His strengths in financial planning, capital management, and scaling high-growth companies play a pivotal role in shaping Gaia’s financial strategy, driving sustainable and long-term growth.

Patrik is a seasoned IT leader with a rich background in systems engineering, having served at top-tier companies such as Google and Robinhood. Now the Director of IT Systems Engineering at SpaceX, his deep technical expertise strengthens Gaia’s technological vision and infrastructure.

With 25 years of experience training sales teams at major organisations including Indeed, Total Jobs, Jobsite, Gumtree, and TES, Romy is an experienced leader in learning and development. As Chief Learning Officer at Gaia, he drives innovative training strategies that empower talent across the recruitment industry.
